Temporary Resident Permit (TRP)

If you are inadmissible to Canada due to past criminal conviction or medical reasons, you can still file an application for a temporary resident permit. If you are a national  of United Stated of America and is inadmissible to Canada due to DUI conviction or any other past criminal charges, and you are not rehabilitated as per the requirements of Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and Regulations, you can file an application for a temporary resident permit.
